By accessing and using PlateWatch, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
PlateWatch is a community-driven platform for reporting and documenting traffic violations in Indonesia. Users can submit reports with photos or videos, search for violation history by license plate, and engage with the community.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of PlateWatch, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
4. Credit System
PlateWatch uses a credit-based system for submitting reports:
- New users receive 5 free credits upon registration
- Each report submission costs 1 credit
- Additional credits can be purchased at IDR 1,000 per credit (minimum 10 credits)
- Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Credits do not expire
5. Content Guidelines
When submitting content to PlateWatch, you agree to:
- Only submit genuine traffic violation reports
- Provide accurate information about the incident
- Not submit false, misleading, or defamatory content
- Respect the privacy of individuals not directly involved in the violation
- Not use the platform for harassment or personal attacks
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
6. Content Moderation
All submitted reports are subject to manual review by our moderation team. We reserve the right to:
- Approve, reject, or remove any content at our discretion
- Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- Modify or remove content that violates our guidelines
7. Intellectual Property
By submitting content to PlateWatch, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform. You retain all ownership rights to your content.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Submit spam, malware, or malicious content
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Scrape or harvest data from the platform
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
PlateWatch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
PlateWatch and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia.
